At MOBILUX, customer satisfaction is important to us. Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The product must be returned with the original packaging and accessories, if applicable.
Proof of purchase or order information must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products that cannot be resold may not be eligible for return.

This may include opened screen protectors or protective accessories that have been applied or used.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The product was damaged upon arrival.
The wrong product was delivered.
The return is caused by an error on our side.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. The refund may take several business days depending on your payment provider.
